Core: Need Framework

At the core of the SPSA is the Need Framework. This is a weighted criteria list applied to products and services to determine qualitatively the level of potential needs satisfier that each product or service is capable of providing.

SPSA: Full Framework

SPSA (Societal Product and Service Analysis) is the complete framework and incorporates the Need Framework at its core. The objective is to be able to assess products in a holistic manner; incorporating several sub-frameworks and several score modifiers.
